TASKS

- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computertechnicians
- Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systemsand services
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardwarerequirements
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and otherpersonnel
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services




- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs andtimelines
