Configure Wärtsilä’s Port Management Information System globally while leading customer onboarding, training, and functional implementation activities. The full-time permanent role requires hands-on software configuration.

As Product Implementation Manager in Digital Port Solutions, you will translate customer requirements into functional system setups. Your work spans business processes, system testing, data management, and direct customer engagement. You will help customers adopt capabilities covering port operations and maritime workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional PMIS configuration and customer implementations globally
- Configure vessel management, port calls, and berth planning
- Define master data, business rules, roles, and permissions
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations,



and hands-on user training
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and customer handover

Requirements:

- Three to seven years’ enterprise software implementation experience
- Experience translating customer requirements into functional configurations
- Robust communication, customer engagement, and training skills
- Understanding of business processes, testing, and data management
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
