You will guide customers with new accounts, investment advice, and everyday banking needs while supporting frontline operations. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory procedures
Requirements: High School diploma or one-plus years’ relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Robust organization, communication, and customer experience skills
