This Business Development Proposal Coordinator supports leadership and technical teams across opportunity tracking, client research, and submissions. The position coordinates RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and proposal materials while communicating requirements to internal contributors. It also supports marketing communications and client-facing presentations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain opportunity pipelines, client records, and follow-up activities
Review procurement documents and identify submission requirements
Develop proposal schedules, checklists, and internal deadlines
Draft, edit, assemble, and submit compliant proposals
