Key Responsibilities: Advise prospective clients and explain their legal options
Own relationships through signed engagement and retainer
Carry a revenue target after the ramp period

Requirements: Practising lawyer admitted in Canada
One to three years since call to the bar
JD or LLB from a recognized law school
Strong communication and client assessment abilities
Hands-on Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI experience
