Backwoods Security Services seeks an experienced Industrial Emergency Response Dispatcher for an industrial site near Fort Saskatchewan. You will coordinate emergency activities, monitor security systems, manage communications, and support protected site operations. The schedule includes rotating day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Assess emergency calls and dispatch appropriate response personnel
Communicate updates through radio and telephone systems
Record calls, timelines, dispatch activities, and actions
Monitor CCTV, access control, and security alarms
Manage site access for authorized personnel and deliveries
Requirements: Mandatory previous dispatcher experience
Minimum five years of security experience
Valid Alberta Security Services Licence and First Aid
Valid CSTS certification and high school diploma
Reliable transportation for daily site commuting
