XTL seeks experienced US AZ Drivers for full-time, permanent work based in Etobicoke. The schedule starts Thursday or Friday, with drivers away from home five days weekly. Responsibilities include operating tractors, moving freight safely, completing paperwork, maintaining e-logs, and working with dispatch on dedicated routes.
Key Responsibilities: Operate tractors and move freight safely across assigned routes
Maintain compliance with transportation laws and XTL policies
Build positive relationships with primary account contacts
Complete paperwork and maintain accurate activity e-logs
Maneuver trucks and verify delivery instructions
Requirements: Valid AZ driver licence is mandatory
One year of commercial cross-border driving experience
Clean driving abstract and CVOR preferred
Explicit criminal search is mandatory
FAST Card considered an asset
