As a Banking Advisor, you support client goals by delivering advice, education, and memorable experiences. You will demonstrate digital banking, complete transactions, identify needs, and collaborate with RBC partners. Your work helps drive client satisfaction, loyalty, sales, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities: Engage clients in the branch and community
Uncover banking needs and identify referral opportunities
Demonstrate technology and educate clients
Assist with financial transactions and banking problems
Maintain relationships with partners and clients
Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation through recognized Canadian coursework
Client-first experience in target-driven sales
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Availability during all open business hours
Bring client discovery, digital literacy, and advice-based solutions to RBC customers while supporting Estevan banking relationships and referrals.
