This Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing and personal care within training and licensure at a retirement living residence. The position requires medication administration knowledge, documentation, communication, and supervision of PSWs. You will monitor resident conditions, report significant changes, and support families, visitors, and team members. Prior gerontology or senior-care experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing and personal care within licensure
Administer medications and monitor resident condition changes
Maintain resident records and required documentation




Supervise PSW assignments and follow up on resident needs
Report incidents, transfers, deaths, and significant changes
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse qualification with applicable licensure
Prior gerontology or retirement-setting experience
Approved pharmacology course and medication administration knowledge
Planning and personnel supervision skills
Effective verbal and written English communication
