Support recruitment and HR programs as a People Experience Co-op at PepsiCo in Brampton, Ontario, working hybrid with travel required.
This four-month co-op supports PepsiCo’s HR Plan across retention, recruitment, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and communication. You will assist the HR Manager, support business-unit recruitment, coordinate graduate hiring activities, and manage campus projects. The opportunity suits students completing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business programs, as well as recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities: Support execution of the HR Plan across designated areas
Assist the HR Manager with HR program implementation
Source, screen, interview, test, and select candidates
Coordinate graduate recruitment events and campus recruiting sessions




Coordinate Co-op and Campus projects
Requirements: Currently completing or recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Solid attention to detail, adaptability, and quick learning
Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Leadership, initiative, prioritization, and limited-direction work capability
Build recruitment, communication, and HR program experience while supporting PepsiCo employees, candidates, and campus initiatives.
