The Program Manager manages ongoing client programs from initiation through closure. You will coordinate scientific and operational teams, maintain client relationships, and protect delivery against scope, schedules, budgets, and contractual expectations. The position also supports project financial health and senior leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple client projects and programs from initiation through closure
Coordinate internal resources for flawless project execution
Track progress against plans and schedule review meetings
Manage scope, timeline, and budget changes




Resolve issues and initiate corrective actions when gaps arise
Requirements: MSc in life sciences
Three to five years in similar client-facing project management
Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Excellent client management and problem-solving abilities
French and English proficiency with solid Microsoft Office skills
Lead CellCarta client programs in Montreal through structured planning, stakeholder coordination, financial oversight, and scientific delivery.
