Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate GET behaviours and promote positive associate morale
Maintain checkout availability and manage front-end lines
Coach associates with training, tools, guidance, and recognition




Communicate goals and priorities from store leadership
Operate cash machines and train cashiers accordingly
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
One to two years of retail or cash experience preferred
Interpersonal, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to follow safety and loss prevention procedures
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Bring leadership, customer focus, and cash-handling skills to support front-end associates and shoppers at The Home Depot.
