You will become a trusted first impression while addressing questions, recording notes, and documenting vehicle condition. Automotive experience helps, but Clutch provides the required car knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Clutch confidently and professionally with customers
Run customer appointments accurately and efficiently
Complete required paperwork and thorough system notes
Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail
Support teammates across Retail Operations when needed
Requirements: Two or more years in a service-oriented environment
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean abstract
No major driving infractions within three years
Availability during mall hours, weekdays and weekends
Use accurate appointment handling, vehicle inspection, and professional communication to deliver Clutch’s seamless customer experience in person.
