Key Responsibilities: Support community recreation, outings, events, shopping, and volunteering
Provide companionship during community access activities
Assist mobility and safe participation during outings
Follow Individual Support Plans developed by program teams
Document engagement, outcomes, incidents, and participant changes
Requirements:



Related diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
Minimum one year supporting adults with disabilities or seniors
Strong interpersonal, communication, observation, and reporting skills
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
Person-centred, culturally sensitive, patient, and qualified approach
Bring reliable, respectful support to adults across Lethbridge and surrounding rural communities through individualized community participation.
