This permanent position develops new business and strengthens customer relationships through service and agronomic recommendations. You will scout fields, perform soil testing, promote P&H; products, and develop tailored crop solutions. The role also supports profitable agreements for the assigned location and P&H; organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with recent and existing agricultural customers
- Scout fields and perform soil testing
- Recommend appropriate agronomic solutions for producers
- Promote P&H; products and services
- Negotiate profitable business agreements for assigned locations

Requirements:

- Valid Qualified Agrologist or Certified Crop Adviser certification
- At least three years working directly with agricultural producers
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of regional crop production and crop protection
- Valid driver’s license and required travel availability
