This Service Technician role calls for three to five years of related mechanical or technical experience. You will troubleshoot corded electric, battery-powered, and combustion engine-powered equipment while documenting each visit in Astea Mobile Work Orders. The position also includes customer interaction, business reporting, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete Astea Mobile Work Orders accurately and promptly
- Record equipment details, labor, travel, parts, and work notes
- Provide responsive customer interaction and service
- Submit timesheets, repair orders, checklists,



and expense reports
- Recognize additional revenue opportunities for equipment and services

Requirements:

- Three to five years of related mechanical or technical experience
- Strong electro-mechanical skills and equipment troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel, drive, stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds
