Key Responsibilities

- Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their industrial automation challenges and requirements.
- Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and present technical proposals and solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve territory sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer applications and recommend appropriate products and systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within client organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor technologies.




- Assist in the development of technical marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Provide training and support to customers on product installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Contribute to product feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive technical engagement.
- Manage technical aspects of sales projects from initiation to completion in Kimberley .

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales, field application engineering, or sales engineering role, preferably in industrial automation or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of control systems, automation technologies, and industrial processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to build rapport and credibility with engineers and technical managers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license.
