This senior position develops secure, scalable, observable, and maintainable applications for multiple government programs. You will build microservices, reusable platform services, and service-specific connections. The work includes databases, workflows, identity, payments, notifications, and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Java-based microservices and RESTful web services
- Build frontend, backend, workflow, integration, and data-access components
- Create automated unit, integration, API, database, and user-interface tests
- Participate in design walkthroughs, estimates, code reviews,



and planning
- Provide production support and troubleshoot technical problems

Requirements:

- Ten or more years developing large-scale, multi-client web applications
- Extensive Java experience with Oracle, SQL, or relational databases
- Significant experience with REST APIs and microservice architecture
- Experience with JSON Web Tokens, OAuth 2.0, and SSL certificates
- Experience using Azure DevOps or comparable development tools
