LyvWell Apartments in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a multi-unit property with higher complexity. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks are completed to high standards.

The role requires 3–4 years in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance, robust English communication, and a high school diploma or GED. Licenses such as HVAC or Driver’s license are a plus.
