As Senior Advisor, Strategy Implementation, you will work with Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and frontline leaders. You will support strategy execution, monitor business performance, and translate data into actionable insights. Your work will also strengthen reporting, communications, training, and operational coordination for Canadian entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support corporate, national, regional, and sector strategy implementation
- Monitor portfolio quality, client management, and chance pipelines
- Translate performance data into leadership recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects,



deliverables, and implementation activities
- Promote best-practice sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5–7+ years in strategy, operations, banking, or related areas
- Project management and organizational skills
- Analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft 365, and CLICS
