Under the General Manager, the Senior Manager oversees daily venue operations, including staffing, cost controls, training, budgeting, and active event-floor management. The position supports guest experiences at SixtyEight, part of Oliver & Bonacini, while maintaining operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily venue operations during events and functions
- Schedule event staff and conduct pre-function briefings
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
- Track sales, invoicing, inventory, and payroll records
- Maintain facility standards and follow health and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Two to three years managing diverse events
- Business or Hospitality post-secondary diploma or degree
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
