The DC Operations Planning Manager develops short and medium-term production plans for Canadian Distribution Centres. Partner closely with Distribution, Transportation, and Capacity Planning teams to balance flow and meet throughput demand. Guide leadership teams through planning processes, tools, and resources while supporting exceptional store service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly volume and labour plans
- Adjust plans for changing priorities and circumstances
- Partner cross-functionally to maximize capacity, throughput, and efficiency




- Present performance reports tracking KPIs and improvement areas
- Manage, mentor, and coach production planning analysts

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management preferred
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
