You will source technical candidates, partner with hiring managers and talent partners, and apply creative methods across engineering and research. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture pipelines for Engineering and Research talent
- Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners
- Maintain technical talent market and competitive intelligence




- Manage recruiting funnels, progress, and analytics in the ATS

Requirements:

- 5+ years sourcing technical engineering and research roles
- Experience sourcing across EMEA, United States, or similar markets
- Established network across business communities and industry leaders
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data and analytics for sourcing decisions
