As a Korean Medical Interpreter, you will support healthcare providers and other organizations handling critical communications. The work includes healthcare, emergency, insurance, financial, legal, and public service settings. Accuracy, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and composure are essential when calls involve sensitive or distressing subjects.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret conversations between Korean and English speakers in real time
Support healthcare, emergency, insurance, legal, financial, and public services
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity




Manage video interactions and preserve communication flow
Participate in training, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements: Fluency in Korean and English across four communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Residence in an eligible Canadian province or territory
Calm, emotionally intelligent, technology-comfortable communication approach
