Support daily living with ParaMed as a Personal Support Worker serving patients in their homes and communities across Stratford, St. Marys, or Listowel.
This full-time Personal Support Worker position supports independence through personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. Morning shifts run from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., while evening shifts run from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Weekday work includes alternating weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, and oral care
Provide bathing, toileting, and peri-care assistance
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Offer companionship supporting quality of life
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate and caring patient interactions
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled shifts
Valid driver's license and vehicle access
Explicit Vulnerable Sector Screen
Bring personal care, meal preparation, and compassionate support to ParaMed patients across Stratford, St. Marys, and Listowel.
