Homestead seeks a Cleaner to support cleanliness, safety, and appearance across rental communities. You will clean shared areas, maintain garbage and recycling rooms, and prepare tenant units after vacancies. The work includes established cleaning routines, snow removal, and detailed care for resident and visitor spaces.
Key Responsibilities: Clean elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms
Clean vacant tenant units, including bathrooms and kitchens
Clean ovens and fridges in vacant tenant units
Perform winter snow removal
Complete other duties as required
Requirements: Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
Reliability and strong attention to detail

Satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance required
