Key Responsibilities: Direct branch operations, resources, and overall performance
Manage the branch P&L;, budgets, and financial controls
Oversee sales, administration, warehouse, and shop activities
Develop objectives, metrics, procedures, and improvement action plans




Maintain customer relationships and coordinate branch personnel
Requirements: Minimum five years of related supervisory experience
Sales and account management experience within the region
Experience with General Contractors and industrial customers
Understanding of P&L; management and financial targets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
