Lead retail operations at MEC through inventory management, loss prevention, and hands-on store leadership. Support daily execution across back-of-house and sales-floor environments.
As Department Manager, Operations Support, you drive operational excellence while leading people and protecting member experience. You oversee inventory flow, OMS workflows, shipments, stockroom operations, health and safety, and loss prevention. Reporting to the General Manager, you partner with the Senior Staff Team to identify risks and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead inventory, stockroom, OMS, shipment, and back-of-house operations
Implement corrective action plans for operational risks and gaps
Lead loss prevention audits and cycle counts
Coach operations staff through training, feedback,



and check-ins
Support Member Service, Cash, Rental, and RAC processes
Requirements: One to three years of retail or service leadership experience
Strong operational and business acumen with KPI interpretation skills
Experience with inventory systems, OMS workflows, and retail systems
Working knowledge of loss prevention and workplace health and safety
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring retail leadership, inventory expertise, and operational judgment to support MEC teams, members, and protected store execution.
