Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, this position prepares and dismantles banquet rooms before and after events. You will arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and audiovisual equipment while supporting guests and banquet teammates. French and English fluency, spoken and written, is required for this international clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare banquet rooms according to each event’s requirements
Arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
Provide equipment and logistical support during events




Respond to guest requests and adjust room arrangements
Organize equipment and supplies after event breakdowns
