Coordinate attendance, enrolment, and student records while providing reception and administrative support in an elementary school setting. Solid organization and confidentiality are central to this work.
Under the Principal’s direction, the successful incumbent maintains student information and Ontario Student Records according to Board policies and Ministry guidance. The position processes achievement records, report cards, OnSIS reports, enrolment statistics, purchases, budgets, and school communications.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily attendance and student information records
Manage Ontario Student Records under the Ministry guideline
Process achievement records, report cards, and OnSIS reports
Prepare enrolment statistics and reports for Board and Ministry




Maintain school budgets, finances, newsletters, and handbooks
Requirements: Secondary school graduate or equivalent required
Office Administration training or equivalent experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, Excel, Publisher
Database, spreadsheet, and word processing experience required
Proven confidentiality and excellent organizational skills
