Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and deliver exceptional customer service
Manage appointments, bookings, calls, texts, and emails
Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases
Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form content
Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and community outreach
Requirements: Reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and editing tools
Interest in men's grooming, skin care, and wellness
Availability Wednesday through Saturday
