Job Description
Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, you will assist in the execution of memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Care and inspect all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment to ensure a superior sanitization standard

Clean and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas

Pick-up and dispose of all trash in all food and beverage areas

Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried

Report any instances of concern to F&B; leadership including any items or equipment in need of repair

Clean all dishes, glass wear, cutlery, buffet ware,



pots and pans either by hand or by using an industrial dishwasher

Ensure the kitchen & banquet Colleagues have the needed clean dishes, glass wear, cutlery, buffet ware pots and pans required to service our guests

Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner

Ensure items are removed from circulation that are no longer functional

Ensure floors are being kept up with proper sweeping and mopping and clear of hazards and obstruction

Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience is an asset

Self-motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions

Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Ability to work well under pressure in a quick paced environment

Organized and a great team player

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Ability to work independently from a task list to complete list

Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
