Lead retail operations at Buckle’s Mount Pleasant Towne Center location using visual merchandising, inventory, and guest service skills. This is an on-site, full time position.
The Operations Manager supports Buckle’s mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. This retail position oversees operational tasks and may complete Freight Coordinator or Visual Merchandiser duties as business needs require. Responsibilities include promotions, shipments, reservations, onboarding, inventory, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities: Complete daily Operations Manager disciplines
Manage promotions, education, and appropriate signage
Monitor reservations, layaways, markdowns, and special orders
Receive freight, process transfers,



and maintain shipment paperwork
Create weekly visual merchandising strategies and maintain standards
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
One to three months related retail experience or training
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds throughout the store
Bring retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory, and guest service capabilities to Buckle’s Mount Pleasant store.
