Apply business analysis and testing expertise as a Business Systems Analyst I at McMaster University, working on academic and administrative systems.

You will contribute to medium and large project phases, post-production support, and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, analysis, and site visits
Create functional requirements, process models, use cases, and test plans
Participate in system, integration, acceptance, regression, and performance testing




Manage defects and resolve functional issues across project phases
Provide Level III post-implementation support to users
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Two years of relevant experience
Ability to understand complex business process diagrams
Ability to develop basic models and straightforward project plans
Basic understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing principles
Bring requirements analysis, testing, defect management, and systems support skills to McMaster University projects and operations.
