As a Personal Support Worker, you will support independence through daily living assistance in patients’ homes and community settings. ParaMed provides home health care services, and this position includes travel throughout Sault Ste. Marie, Goulais River, Batch, and Echo Bay. Your work includes personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship based on care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with skin, hair, oral care, bathing, and toileting
Provide peri-care and other daily living assistance
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks and provide companionship
Support independence and quality of life for patients
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
Compassionate approach when interacting with patients
Reliability and flexibility
Valid driver license and access to a vehicle

Bring compassionate personal care, meal preparation, and companionship skills to patients served by ParaMed throughout local communities.
