Apply engineering studies, SolidWorks, and time studies in Mississauga, Ontario, supporting Lindt & Sprüngli’s supply chain engineering team.
This co-op placement runs January through August 2027 at Lindt & Sprüngli’s distribution centre. You will gain engineering experience through capital equipment, packaging, and continuous improvement projects. The work connects engineering, supply chain, and cross-functional partners in a consumer packaged goods environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support engineering projects in the consumer packaged goods workplace
Assist with procuring and commissioning new capital equipment
Design packaging components and tooling dies using SolidWorks
Fabricate components through vendors or the FDM 3D printer




Perform time studies and revise maintenance documents and SOPs
Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CAD software and drafting considered an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies considered an asset
Develop packaging, equipment, and process improvement experience while supporting Lindt & Sprüngli’s supply chain engineering work.
