This permanent UPS position focuses on revenue recovery procedures, audit standards, and package data accuracy. You will use NSDS, DWS, or handheld scanners while correcting discrepancies involving weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing information. The work also requires safe package handling and transparent communication with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities: Scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems
Correct billing discrepancies and missing package data
Process packages according to revenue recovery procedures
Report damaged packages,



irregulars, and system issues promptly
Meet productivity, quality, and valid scan targets
Requirements: Lift, carry, bend, and stand with packages up to 70 pounds
Basic computer skills and scanning equipment experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in time-sensitive conditions
Dependable, punctual, and available for assigned shifts
