As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will learn Penske’s sales processes, technology, and business operations. Ongoing training and mentoring cover sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. You will build a foundation for management while serving consumer, commercial, local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop customer solutions for consumer and commercial accounts
Manage vehicle inventory, productivity, profitability, and satisfaction
Generate current business leads and foster customer relationships




Ensure complete customer satisfaction
Complete supervisor-assigned projects
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle-driving ability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer-facing or sales internship experience preferred
Results orientation, detail attention, and time management
Develop sales, operations, customer service, and management capabilities as a Penske trainee serving Oshawa accounts.
