As an Intermediate/Senior Electrical Designer, you will prepare drawings, develop layouts, and apply established drafting techniques. The work includes HV and LV installations, electrical calculations, and project documentation. You will also address client requirements, project specifications, and quality assurance provisions.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare design and detail drawings from sketches and specifications
Design HV and LV electrical installations
Develop layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details
Direct junior designers and review drawing compliance
Complete assigned scopes within time and budget constraints
Requirements: Degree or diploma in design or drafting
Experience with SPEL, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
Three-dimensional modeling experience
Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code or NEC
Experience designing MV and LV power systems
