As a Business Controls Officer, you support Regulatory Controls and Canadian Branch Network operations. You review client transactions, assess regulatory requirements, and identify irregularities and potential risks. The role requires analytical research, sound decisions, and collaboration with branches and Global Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct next-day reviews using the OACR automated tool
Monitor daily regulatory compliance for branch management teams
Research transactions to identify irregularities and potential risks
Communicate deficiencies and provide appropriate recommendations




Resolve OACR cases within 24 to 48 hours
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of branch operations, controls, policies, and procedures
Robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
Analytical, research, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently within established authority levels
French and sufficient English for regular collaboration
