This senior-level work partners with CAM teams, sector leaders, technical professionals, pursuit specialists, and executive sponsors. The purpose is to strengthen pipeline quality, market position, and pursuit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate prospect assessments and strategic pursuit workshops
Research projects, clients, risks, competitors, and decision makers
Activate pre-positioning and partner engagement after Go decisions
Coordinate pursuit schedules, action logs, deliverables,



and intelligence
Shape winning stories, solutions, proofs, and team strategy
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
10+ years of relevant proposal, capture, or business development experience
Demonstrated success managing complex capture planning processes
Understanding of Design-Build and other infrastructure delivery models
Ability to influence without authority and manage deadlines
