As Senior Manager, Operational Risk, you will guide operational, technology, and cyber risk management across Payments Technology. You will assess risk profiles, advise project teams, and support risk appetite and mitigation planning. The mandate includes High Value Payments, Real Time and Core Payments, Trade Cash, and Cheque portfolios.
Key Responsibilities: Lead operational and risk management across Payments portfolios
Identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cyber risk profiles
Manage KRIs and KPIs for technology, cyber, and operational risks
Present risk dashboards, reports, and metrics to governance forums
Oversee mitigation plans,



control enhancements, and issue remediation
Requirements: Five-plus years in IT risk, cyber risk, assessments, and leadership
Knowledge of risk controls, compliance, and RBC organization
University degree or equivalent and CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
Understanding of banking operations and financial services regulation
Solid influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Apply senior IT risk leadership, cyber expertise, and governance knowledge across RBC’s Toronto Payments Technology portfolios.
