Brandt seeks a Parts Person to aid customers in finding necessary parts and support warehouse operations. The position includes customer service, parts inventory, shipping, receiving, and computer systems. You will report to the Parts Manager while collaborating to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Help customers locate necessary parts and provide pricing information
Process online parts orders accurately
Unload, receive, store, locate, and ship parts
Assist branch service technicians as required
Place stock orders and adjust inventory bins
Requirements: Previous parts industry experience preferred
Parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
Effective customer service and partnership-building abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Computer and Excel proficiency for data management
