- Collect hours, calculate payroll inputs, process changes, and complete each payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare journal entries, payroll reports, pay information, and statements of earnings.
- Process special payments and calculations, including bonuses, statutory holidays and pension payments.
- Complete and distribute government documentation, including new-hire reports, Records of Employment, and supporting information for T4/RL1 preparation and T2200/TP64.1.
- Maintain accurate employee data and payroll-system records, including new-hire information and employee listings.
- Maintain explicit communication to support accurate payroll processing.
- Respond promptly to employee and banking inquiries and collaborate with SOX auditors on payroll controls.
- Provide general administrative support and take on other related duties as needed.

About you:

- 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience (500 employees+)
- Multi-provincial payroll experience
- Oracle HCM experience
