Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Perinatal Mortality & Safety Coordinator to support the maternity service as a 0.2 WTE clinician on a 12-month secondment. The role coordinates PMR processes, assists with PMRT data collection, and contributes to learning and safety initiatives within the Maternity Directorate.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, liaise with Patient Safety Midwives, and help ensure PMR reviews meet CNST and PSIRF
