Midwest is seeking a Crew Chief for its Utility Services group, working under a Project Manager or Land Surveyor. You will lead surveying tasks, complete calculations, and support powerline design, layout, and construction surveying. The position combines client interaction with outdoor fieldwork across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews performing utility surveying tasks
- Complete powerline design, layout, and construction surveys
- Perform survey calculations accurately
- Interact regularly with clients, landowners, and public members
- Travel and work overtime as assignments require

Requirements:

- Geomatics diploma, degree, or five years’ related survey experience
- Valid driver’s license without major convictions
- Proficiency operating RTK GNSS, Total Stations, Levels, and Laser Scanners
- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
- Ability to work outdoors, travel, and meet testing requirements
