This Team Manager position oversees the Fostering, Adoption and Adult Placement team. You will line-manage the Advanced Practitioner Social Worker for Kinship. The role supports Children’s Services, service development, performance management, and statutory responsibilities across four services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, support, and guide the fostering and adoption team
- Line-manage the Advanced Practitioner Social Worker for Kinship
- Administer financial and other service resources
- Manage performance and contribute to service development
- Promote targeted interventions across required supports and responsibilities

Requirements:

- Skilled social work qualification
- Considerable social work experience
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Scottish Social Services Council registration or eligibility
