Drive Material Handling parts and service sales with Brandt in Ottawa through customer relationships, territory planning, and after sales support.

This Outside Parts & Service Representative role serves recent and existing customers across an assigned territory. You will promote products and services, support Parts & Service departments, and pursue sales growth. The work requires customer communication, prospecting, database management, and knowledge of Material Handling parts, operations, and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop customer relationships that increase sales and satisfaction
- Prospect accounts, cold call, and discuss promotions
- Implement territory plans and customer target lists
- Visit assigned customers at least monthly
- Follow up on machine performance and customer concerns

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Material Handling parts, operations, and industry knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territories
