Job Description :
Skills: Dynatrace, GCP, SRE, ITSM
- Manage Dynatrace monitoring and observability operations.
- Configure, analyze, and optimize alerts.
- Design and maintain dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
- Develop SOPs and incident-response runbooks.
- Support APM and deep-monitoring implementation.
- Collaborate with development, platform, and operations teams.
- Possess working knowledge of GCP monitoring and cloud observability.
- Demonstrate robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
