Key Responsibilities:

- Drive customer AI hardware systems toward production readiness
- Integrate, deploy, validate, and operate complete systems
- Debug requests, kernel dispatch, drivers, networking, and hardware
- Establish operating procedures and resolve customer system issues




- Communicate technical trade-offs with customers and engineering teams

Requirements:

- Hands-on server hardware experience in datacenter environments
- Complex hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Linux systems administration and operating-system debugging knowledge
- Background as a Site Reliability, Systems, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Python software engineering skills; C++ experience is a plus
